- heated seats in my cold car this morning
- watercolor paints on the tables in the science classroom
- sweaty students all in a line leaving gym class
- remembering it's FRIDAY!
- trying a new essential oil
- Dr. Pepper in my cup at lunch
- a no-cook day...breakfast from a box, lunch on the go, a called-in dinner order
- and, it's Friday!
- hearing, "Mom will you cuddle in the chair with me?"
- the barking and dancing dogs who meet me at the door each afternoon
- a break from the normal...we drew our favorite book covers and decorated bookmarks
- Did I mention, it's Friday?!

ReplyDeleteTGIF! It's been one of those weeks, so extra thankful for time to rest and recharge. I'll add hot coffee this morning and a room full of students excited to see me when I told them I was covering their classroom for a few minutes for their teacher (I'm an instructional coach). :) TGIF...again!!
ReplyDeleteHeated seats and sweaty students 😂 Today for me was reading to PreKers, driving in a surprise snowstorm, and dinner in front of a roaring fireplace.
ReplyDeleteFriday, definitely made me smile. Almost as much as waking up on Saturday (today) and realizing it was Saturday. :)
ReplyDeleteI am smiling now too! Love my heated seats, love my dog's cold nose on my leg when I get home, my granddaughter telling me "hold you grammy", cold one in my hand when I get home and Especially when I think about the paint splattered between my eyes :) Thanks for the smiles
